Naibnb Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 21st July 2025

Welcome to Naibnb (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Naibnb platform, including our website, mobile applications, and any associated services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Platform Overview

Naibnb is an online marketplace that connects individuals who wish to offer accommodations (“Hosts”) with individuals seeking to book accommodations (“Guests” or “Clients”). We provide a platform for these parties to communicate, book, and complete stays. Naibnb is not a party to any rental agreement, and does not own, operate, manage, or control any of the listings on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Naibnb, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must create an account to use most features of Naibnb.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Host Terms

  • Hosts must provide accurate descriptions, availability, pricing, and rules for their listings.

  • Hosts are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, rules, taxes, permits, and obligations related to their property.

  • Hosts may not discriminate against guests or engage in any form of harassment or illegal conduct.

  • Hosts agree to honor confirmed bookings and must not cancel without just cause.

5. Guest Terms

  • Guests are responsible for reading the full listing description before booking.

  • By booking, Guests agree to comply with all terms, rules, and policies of the listing.

  • Guests agree not to cause damage to the property or disturb neighbors.

  • Guests may be charged additional fees for damages, late check-outs, or breaches of host rules.

6. Payments and Fees

  • Naibnb charges service fees to both Hosts and Guests.

  • All bookings are subject to the applicable fees, taxes, and charges displayed at checkout.

  • Naibnb uses third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card details.

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the listing’s cancellation policy.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Each listing includes a cancellation policy set by the Host.

  • Guests are advised to carefully review this policy before booking.

  • Naibnb may facilitate refunds or dispute resolution in line with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. User Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Use the Platform for lawful purposes only.

  • Refrain from using the Platform to harass, defraud, or harm others.

  • Not use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized means to access data from the Platform.

  • Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Naibnb or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Naibnb acts solely as a facilitator and is not liable for:

  • The conduct or performance of Hosts or Guests.

  • Damages, losses, or injuries resulting from stays or listings.

  • Delays, cancellations, or disputes between users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naibnb disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, users agree to first contact Naibnb for resolution. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or small claims court, depending on jurisdiction.

12. Termination

Naibnb may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Users may also delete their accounts at any time via their profile settings.

13. Changes to Terms

Naibnb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of the Platform after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.
